Visit to the Charal site in Cholet

On February 8th, a group of breeders advisors from various shareholder structures of SOLEO Development went to discover the final products of the beef cattle.

Indeed, the group of 13 people was able to visit the different units of the processing workshop (from quarters to vacuum ground steak) and thus understand the needs of the group mainly supplying supermarkets. The exchanges with the group's live animal purchasing manager highlighted the needs resulting from consumer expectations and raised questions about the productions to be proposed and supported in livestock farming.
