The well-being of farmers is a priority for ALICOOP, just like animal welfare!
We would like to congratulate our apprentice, Alice Rousseau, for her remarkable work. She recently presented a report to a group of goat farmers who are clients of ALICOOP, summarizing the results of her one-year study. Her in-depth analysis focused on three key areas:
Measuring working time on farms by work zone using the APTIMIZ tool
Farmers' remuneration (cross-referencing with the CHEVRYPLAN WEB tool)
The balance between professional and personal life for farmers (sociological analysis)
Her study provides valuable indicators to improve the quality of life for farmers on their farms.
